agent_daniAdded to my workout routine. Four upper-body exercises on the Nautilus equipment. My is the loss of muscle mass apparent! 40 pounds was the highest for any of the machines.
Passed the certification exam on Monday. I am now a certified SAS 9 Platform Administrator.
