Figured it out.

I finally figured out - really, could admit to myself - what has most held me back about SRS revision surgery: that there is no way to guarantee I won't end up with a far worse result than what I have now and have yet another surgeon abandon me, refusing to fix what he further botched. Plus paying more than FFS and a boob job would cost to have it (hell, just the consultations for it would run at least $2,000 USD!)
