So, I had four meetings today, one of which was just routine (a biweekly divisional meeting/chat.) The first two were short; one with my manager and one That included the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This means my entire management chain through nearest C-level are now informed.
In the afternoon I had a meeting with HR. CTO couldn't be there, and I had a new person from university HR (the other one is overloaded right now) who is great. Making a long story short, we got the outstanding matters have been addressed and I am satisfied. We have the timeline for everything, who is doing/saying what, etc. I'm satisfied with what is not in it as well: restrictions on which women's restrooms. The only statement being made for that is I will primarily use the women's restroom on the second floor, which is going to be true since that's the floor where I work. The view within the room, particularly by managers, was that anyone objecting is welcome to use the gender neutral restroom on the first floor (and that they would have limited patience with any objectors.)
The result: meetings are now scheduled for this coming Wednesday with coworkers. CTO and HR will be there. On the Monday following I am D at work.
